INGREDIENTS: - 300g creative gourmet frozen strawberries, partially thawed - 200g creative gourmet raspberries, partially thawed - 1/4 cup apple juice - 1/3 cup thick, plain yogurt - 1 tablespoon honey INSTRUCTIONS: Combine strawberries, raspberries and apple juice in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth. Add yogurt and honey. Blend until just combined. Pour mixture into ice-pop moulds. Place paddle-pop sticks in centre. Cover. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Serve. Variations: To make mango ice-pops, replace berries with chopped flesh of 4 large mangoes. To make melon ice-pops, replace berries with chopped flesh of 1 large honeydew melon.
