INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag {28 ounces} Shredded Hash Browns, thawed
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F or on the warm setting.
In a large bowl fold together hash browns, eggs, milk, cheese, chives and kosher salt and pepper.
Preheat your waffle iron, if it has a ‘crispy outside’ setting, set it to that. Be sure to liberally spray your waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray before each batch.
Use a cup measurement and work in batches, have a sheet pan handy to put the waffles in the oven to keep warm between each waffle.
Evenly spread a cup of hash brown mixture in your waffle iron close and cook until waffle is crispy and browned, about 7-8 minutes depending on your waffle iron. Keep an eye on it to keep from burning. Keep waffles warm in your oven until ready to serve.
Top waffles with eggs of your choice, protein of your choice, garnish with extra parmesan cheese and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Enjoy!
