INGREDIENTS: - 100g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped - 50g butter, chopped - 1/2 cup milk - 3/4 cup self-raising flour - 1/4 cup brown sugar - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder - pure icing sugar and thickened cream, serve CHOCOLATE SAUCE: - 3/4 cup brown sugar - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder - 1 1/2 cups boiling water Preheat oven to 200'c. Combine chocolate, butter and milk in a heatproof, microwave, uncovered, on high (100%) for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring with a metal spoon after 1 minute, or until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Combine flour, brown sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Stir in chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into a 6-cup capacity ovenproof dish. Place on a baking tray. Make chocolate sauce - Combine brown sugar and cocoa. Sprinkle over pudding. Pour boiling water over the back of a large metal spoon over pudding. Bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand for 5 minutes. Spoon onto plates. Dust with icing sugar. Drizzle with cream. Serve.
