INGREDIENTS: - 3 cups frozen potato cubes - 500g packet frozen sweet potato cubes - 1 medium brown onion, halved, thinly sliced - 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh parsley - 300ml tub light thickened cooking cream - 2/3 cup grated tasty cheese - 2 tablespoons, dried breadcrumbs INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 200'c / 180'c fan-forced. Place potato, sweet potato, onion, thyme and parsley in an 8-cup capacity overproof dish. Pour over cream. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
