PORCUPINE MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS:


- 500g sausage meat

- 250g minced steak

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 cup rice, uncooked

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

- 1 445g can Rosella Tomato Soup

- 1/2 soup can water


Mix the sausage meat, minced steak, egg, rice, onion and herbs and roll into little balls. Mix the soup and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil, add the balls, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
