RESTAURANT STYLE BLENDER SALSA


INGREDIENTS:


- 1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes

- 1 14.5 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes

- 4 cloves garlic

- 1 jalapeno majority of seeds removed (leave just a few)

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

- large handful cilantro

- juice of 1.5 limes


INSTRUCTIONS:


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well combined, about 1 minute.


Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
