INGREDIENTS: - 2 bunches baby carrots, trimmed, peeled - 1 bunch (200g) spring onions, trimmed, halved - 1 tablespoon honey, warmed - 1 tablespoon roughly chopped, dry roasted hazelnuts INSTRUCTIONS: Place carrots and onion in a metal steamer. Place steamer over a large saucepan of simmering water. Cook, covered, for 7 minutes or until tender. Transfer vegetables to a boil. Drizzle with honey. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Serve. Tip - To warm honey, place in a small, microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 10 - 20 seconds or until warmed. Add to vegetables.
