- 1 OZ (30ML) LIGHT RUM
- 1 OZ (30ML) COCONUT RUM
- 2 OZ (60ML) PASSION FRUIT JUICE
- 1 1/2 OZ (45ML) CREAM OF COCONUT
- PINEAPPLE SLICES
GARNISH: PINEAPPLE WEDGE, CHERRY
In a blender with ice, combine pineapple slices, light rum, coconut rum, passion fruit juice, and cream of coconut.
Blend thoroughly until smooth.
Pour mix into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
