- 2 OZ (60ML) BANANA RUM
- 4 OZ (120ML) PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 1 OZ (30ML) CREAM OF COCONUT
- 1 OZ (30ML) ORANGE JUICE
GARNISH: ORANGE WEDGE/CHERRY
To an ice filled glass add banana rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut. Shake well to mix and fully dissolve coconut.
Add ice to serving glass and strain mix over. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry.
